Pen tablets vs. Mouse

Dani Soler suggested this dichotmoy specially for designers. Do you prefer work with a Wacom, with a pen tablet or do you think a mouse is the best peripherical to work with? Why?

    For Designing:
    more like real drawing
    you can’t colour or even draw lines with a mouse

    For internet browsing:
    Mouse if you don’t have a tablet pen with buttons

    I have a Wacom Intuos3, and I still use the mouse. It’s faster.
