NO ADS on the videos!! Clean and simple and clear viewing … not disgusting, ugly graphic ads getting in the way.
Embedding … vimeo remembers your embed settings and allows you to customize the size right there in the embed window. With Youtube you have to copy their embed code which only offers one size which means you have to manually go into the code and figure out what the correct dimension is in terms of aspect ratio when increasing or decrease the embed size.
Clear direction … Vimeo focuses on art, motion graphics, directing projects and videoart. There are no video blogs which imho are a complete waste of time.
NO ADS … again, throughout the site there are no annoying ads. Google of all people should know that is more than distracting.
