Gibraltar, British or Spanish?

Is the spanish claim to sovereignty over Gibraltar fair? Should Gibraltar be spanish again or remain British? Why?

Gibraltar should remain British, as it has been for the past 300 years, because that is the freely and democratically expressed wishes of the People of Gibraltar, as emphatically stated in acts of self determinaion in three referenda held over the last forty years.
Gibraltar belongs to the People of Gibraltar. It is neither Spain’s to claim nor Britain’s to give away!
