Enforcing the laws controlling immigration vs. Relaxing the laws controlling immigration

This is a debate primarily centred on developed countries into which many (often poor) people wish to immigrate. Do you think governments in these countries should relax or enforce the laws controlling immigration?

Governments should enforce the laws controlling immigration

  1. Anonymous opinó:

Because America needs these laws to be enforced. To many people are taking advantage of the system. They need to go back and do it properly. Imagine if all illegals were gone, the way our economy is we would have more people living off welfare and more people working. less crime and drug trafficking. We could focus on our economy and getting it back together. People should have respect for America and come here legally, If I went to France and tried to work they would deport me, yet we don’t do that here.

  2. Denis [66] opinó:

Immigrants often don’t work or don’t pay taxes.
And they don’t love/respect our country and nowadays we need to raise the percentage of people who does.

  3. Anonymous opinó:

because there is a freedoom to move

  4. Anonymous opinó:

To keep the criminals and riff-raff out.

  5. Anonymous opinó:

It should enforce them or change them. But not enforcing existing law diminishes respect for the law.

  6. Anonymous opinó:

in order to moderate the economics and welfare

why do we use radio waves?
