Pro or against Life imprisonment
Life imprisonment or life incarceration is a sentence of imprisonment for a serious crime, often for most or even all of the criminal’s remaining life depending on the country. Some countries don´t have Life imprisonment. What do you think about this?

I also feel life sentences are to harsh and its a death penalty for ones who can be re habbed.. the cost of it .. we all have to pay it.. let them go the ones that funcion well they have tallants let them use them with thier families .. out of their own pockets .

Hell yea, if the crime is bad enough the people who commit it should be confined to jail forever. Letting them go for a major crime is just showing the world that America is softer than the Stay-Puft Marshmallow Man.

The real point of imprisonment (not declared, of course) is VENGEANCE. Life imprisonment is possibly a better form of vengeance than death.

I believe in choice… Rather than taking someones life in our hands I believe they should chose.

The point of prison is not to reform it is to lock away murderers from the public. And yes I am pro life imprisonment because it causes people who committed crimes bad enough to slowly die in jail with their guilt eating away at them. It is not inhumane, it is the correct way to punish someone who deserves it.

say a contry caps prison terms on 30 years a guy is serving 30 years and he kills an inmate what can you do? with life impisonment it whould be exstended to life without parole

i belive in life impisonment but there is one problem you can’t add one day to life without parole sure they could serve it all in solitary but is it realy enoth for a murdere who kills in prison?
