    It’s possible that you can’t use your experience at it’s fullest when working with a team but the sum of everyone’s job is a lot stronger than yours individually.

    i can be as much of a perfectionist as i want! I can get an A++ or a D… But either way I get the grade !I! deserve! I feel a sense of PERSONAL accomplishment for a job well done.

    When working in teams, one or two people usually end up doing all the work. People should succeed or fail at a project based on their own merits rather than their teammates’.
